At our department, we deal with the central challenges of the labour market in a rapidly changing world. Our research focuses, among other things, on the labour market effects of increasing automation, the causes of inequalities in the labour market and the role of important labour market institutions such as trade unions, minimum wages and unemployment benefits.

We are involved in the Bachelor courses as well as in the Economics and International Business and Economics Master programme.
